Accessibility statement

Depth never justifies an interface that excludes its reader.

The site is designed toward WCAG 2.2 AA, with priority given to Arabic, mobile, and keyboard use. This is an ongoing design commitment, not a claim of certification or completed independent audit.

01

Complete keyboard navigation

Logical link and button order, visible focus states, and a direct skip link past the header.

02

Native Arabic and English

Page direction, language, and controls change while the current route remains intact.

03

Meaning beyond colour

Text, boundaries, and states carry meaning; colour remains a supporting layer rather than the only channel.

04

Reduced motion support

The site respects reduced-motion preferences and removes non-essential transitions.

05

Three theme choices on every screen

System, light, and dark themes remain available on mobile, tablet, and desktop; the choice persists, and system mode continues to follow the device setting.

A route for reporting accessibility barriers will be added when ’s public institutional contact channel is approved.
